Trakzor [http://www.trakzor.com/] is what I use. It doesnt tell you who the person is right away, but its fairly simple to guess. For example, if Trakzor tells you someone visited at 9:30 and you have a new comment tagged with a 9:31 time, that person most likely was the visitor. After a while, it becomes extremely usefull.

try mstracker.net thats what I use u can download it! trakzor sucks because the person who views your page has to have trakzor also in order for u to be able to see them.
