Can having too much animation on your myspace page slow your computer down?

We don't have dial-up, but I get this message that pops up when I view my page on myspace and it says "A script is causing Adobe Flash player 9 to run slowly...If it continues your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort script?" What is that? It didn't do that until I put a meez on my page. I have 2 slideshows, and a meez. Do I have to erase something? It's annyoing. Thanks!

Some script on your page is probably not configured properly, normally scripts do not take up much CPU. I would guess it is whatever script works with the flash player, make sure you configured it correctly.

i don't have slideshows but i have tons of clips from youtube. some people i know that have dial-up have ahard time getting on my page, but i dont think anyone else does. i don't think it's too much if don't have dial-up.

You just have to limit the amount of flash objects (such as flash slideshows, video players, mp3 players, etc.) that you put on your page.

I would recommend going with one slide show rather than two, That will probably correct the problem.

so dont put tooo much on ur page other wise it gets real slow
